Our cattle live on open Florida pasture in Williston, with daily expert care. We rotate grazing to heal the soil and respect the natural cycles of our land — letting grass recover, letting the pasture stay productive year after year.

Every steer is born and raised on our family pastures, under daily care, in a stress-free environment. They're free of GMOs, antibiotics, and added hormones. Grass-fed, with grass or organic-grain finishing options to suit your preference.

Stewardship is the heartbeat of Blue Grotto Beef. Our ranch is 100% solar-powered. 100% of our animal and plant waste is recycled and returned to the pasture. We believe in raising livestock nature's way — honoring the land, the health of our animals, and the families who place their trust in us.

We prepare our beef on the same land where it's raised. We seam butcher every animal — separating muscles along their natural seams — which gives you better steaks, cleaner roasts, and less waste than conventional saw-cut butchery. Vacuum sealed, flash frozen, ready for your table.
